We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality Italian foods every time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our return policy below.

1. All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable food items. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and integrity of our products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Email us at lapiccolarosacc@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review and may offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order on the expected delivery date. We cannot offer refunds for spoilage due to missed deliveries or delays caused by the customer.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing and packaging to preserve freshness, and cancellations may not be possible.
